01Who we are

TheDepth Community (thedepth.community) is a program of Always Loved, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Always Loved is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at andre@alwaysloved.net.

02What we collect

Information you give us

  • Your account: your name, email address and username when you create an account, join a membership or enroll in a course. Passwords are stored in encrypted form; we can’t see them.
  • Payments: card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of your order — what you bought, the amount and the date.
  • Your learning: the courses and memberships you have, and your progress through lessons.
  • What you post: responses, topics and replies you write in the community forums. These are visible to other members of the community.
  • Waitlists: your first name, email address and the course you’re waiting for, if you join a course waitlist.
  • Messages: anything you send us by email.

Information collected automatically

  • Cookies that keep the site working: for example, keeping you signed in (sign-ins can last up to six months), remembering your cart during checkout, and caching pages so the site loads quickly.
  • Analytics: we use Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) to understand which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and what devices they use.
  • Microsoft Clarity: helps us see how people use our pages — for example where they click and how far they scroll — including recordings of anonymised sessions, so we can make the site easier to use.

Some of our emails, such as newsletters, may record whether they are opened and which links are clicked, so we can tell what is useful.

03How we use it

  • To give you access to your courses, membership and the community.
  • To process payments and keep records we’re required to keep.
  • To send emails about your account, your courses and anything you’ve signed up for — such as a waitlist announcement when enrollment opens.
  • To send updates and invitations, where you’ve chosen to receive them. Every such email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • To keep the site and your account secure.

We may use Google’s advertising tools to measure whether our ads on Google Search lead people to sign up or enroll. We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t show third-party advertising on this site.

04Who we share it with

We share information only with services that help us run TheDepth Community, and only as much as they need:

The services we use
  • Stripe — payments
  • Hostinger — website hosting
  • Google — analytics and ad measurement
  • Microsoft — Clarity usage insights
  • Gmail (Google) — sending account, course and community emails

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

05How long we keep it

We keep your account information for as long as your account is open, and order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Waitlist details are kept until the course opens or you ask us to remove them. Forum posts stay until they are deleted.

06Your choices and rights

  • You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you.
  • You can unsubscribe from updates at any time using the link in any email.
  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site, such as signing in, need them to work.
  • Depending on where you live — for example in the EU, the UK or California — you may have additional rights under local law.

08International visitors

Our community is international, and your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

09Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page, and let members know by email about any significant change.
